This morning each team started the morning out finishing off the basics of the projects and pretty quickly they were diving into the details with the excitement, teamwork and skills they built up from creating frames together.

As things became 3-dimensional, the challenges and solutions got more complicated. Our brains definitely stretched today!

Over at the Tractor, wheels were being made on a jig. Which is a contraption you can make to make cutting or assembling something simpler.

The large piece of plywood was secured onto a longer surface at the center of the wheel.

Then it was spun through the bandsaw!

The Field team began working on a scarecrow and a thing called the Sun Holder that will make the sun move across the sky and the bees pollinate the Toilet plants. Whoa.

The Tractor has a bench almost completely built and by the end of the day, the kids said that all they have to do tomorrow is put the wheels on, put the bench on and they'll be done!  I wonder if it will be more, less, or just as complicated as they expect!
